Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Work & Design Approval

• Custom Designs: All systems (including measurements, colors, finishes, and hardware) are custom-built to the specifications outlined in the approved 3D design or proposal.
• Final Approval: The client's signature or digital approval of the design blueprint authorizes production.
• Design Modifications: Changes to the layout or materials can only be made before the order is submitted to production. Any modifications requested after production begins will incur additional material and labor fees.

2. Payment Terms & Financing

• Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before materials are ordered or installation dates are locked into the schedule.
• Final Balance: The remaining balance is due immediately upon the completion of the installation on the final day of work.
